Hi, I’M JEN
Founder of Lionheart Virtual Assistance
After 19 years as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant and Project Manager for companies like Lloyds Bank and Kingfisher PLC, I spent my career keeping busy leaders organised, on track and in control. I saw how the right support made all the difference, helping them focus on what mattered whilst I handled the details behind the scenes.
When I left the corporate world, I discovered that business owners face the same challenges, but often without any support at all. The overwhelm. The late nights. The nagging worry that something's been missed. Except now, there's no large teams to delegate to, no big finance team to lean on, just you trying to keep all plates spinning.

I founded Lionheart Virtual Assistance because I genuinely love helping people succeed. When I'm Not Working...
I'm a millennial living in Bournemouth with my husband and our lurcher, Willow. I love reading, watching films, escaping to sunny destinations and enjoying good food and drinks with good company. One day I'll find time to learn Italian!
